Moving to bootstrap 3

Hi,
Two reasons to move to bootstrap 3 (bs3):

  1. It is modern sleek, intuitive, powerful and mobile first design.
  2. We are integrating katello as an engine of foreman and needs to have a common look to our pages, bs3 can bee good starting point.

Work done so far:
Walden Raines started the work and I continue, see :

A head are waiting to be solved:
(list is not final)

  1. Reports page, table missing right border (bs3 table and my ellipsis class are not working nice)
  2. Audit page, is not aligned
  3. search box dropdown has jquery-ui style
  4. menu collapse, on small screens is broken
  5. final review of all pages
  6. done?!

Before the demo today I noticed #3 and #4.

I am planning on fixing those today and will open a PR against your branch.

It looks like you've already fixed what I thought you meant by #3 and what I was planning on fixing.
