hello,
has anyone been able to deploy a new host in foreman using a vmware vcenter
template? I'm using a windows template on vmware vcenter 5.5 and I'm
attempting to create a new host in foreman using the following link (
http://www.herbert.org.nz/?p=245) but i keep running into a customization
spec error :
"Failed to create a compute vcentertest (VMware) instance tempdeploy:
globalIPSettings are required when using Customization Spec" .
I would appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction on how to
troubleshoot this as I am new to foreman.
I am getting this same error I do have a globalIPsettings section filled
out in my template but I get this every time I try and deploy a windows
template… I am sure I am missing something simple and like Joaquin I am
new to foreman…

globalipsettings inside of the customization options…
