Can you check the URL specified in /etc/puppet/node.rb? It should
simply be "https://fqdn".
Try restarting httpd, then see if you get anything in
/var/log/foreman/production.log when you run the script - you should
have requests being received. Do you get logs when you visit the web
interface?
Did you try running /etc/puppet/node.rb by hand as the Puppet user as
suggested? What happened?
