I would like to see something like this. I didn't have time to do a full mockup as I would prefer the last row in the datagrid to have the plus sign and then allow the user to add the name, value. But this should give you an idea going forward.
I added the parameter type field as it would be nice to see what parameters are inherited from the hostgroup or environment.
