NodeJS 18 support removed

Hello all!
I would like to announce that we have removed NodeJS 18 support from Foreman development branch. Moving forward, you will need NodeJS 22 for your Foreman development environment.

Assuming you mean katello_devel rather than the entirety of forklift, Use nodejs 22 by default by adamruzicka · Pull Request #320 · theforeman/puppet-katello_devel · GitHub could do the trick
