Nominating William Clark for Katello commit access

Hello community,

I’d like to nominate William Clark (wbclark on GitHub) for commit access to Katello.

@wbclark has been contributing consistently to Katello for the past several months, adding valuable enhancements/fixes to the code base as well as reviewing PRs and providing insightful feedback to other contributors. He also brings a wide breadth of knowledge from several other projects like installer, packaging, FAM etc to Katello and is a subject matter expert on many areas around the project’s ecosystem.

William has great consideration for what goes into our codebase, so I definitely support this!
