Opensource status of foreman/smart-proxy

Hi,
I notice that there is no overall statement of copyright that refers to
the whole foreman project. Several files and components are individually
copyrighted and I see references to the GPL and BSD license but should
there not also be a copyright file that refers to the whole project or at
least to those components that do not have an explicit copyright?

IANAL, however…

The README files state that both projects are under the GPL3+, see:
https://github.com/theforeman/smart-proxy/blob/develop/README

There are some inner components (JavaScript assets etc) that are
individually licensed under the 3-clause BSD licence, but I believe
we're able to redistribute these as part of a GPLv3 project.

Any original work remains copyright to its original author, without it
needing to be explicitly stated in every file. The README states the
projects are copyright Ohad and yourself, but that's only applicable to
code you've written - there's no copyright assignment.
