Problem:
I want to set a host parameter for multiple hosts, overriding the global value. They haven’t set it, yet, i.e. there is no override.
I select multiple hosts on the hosts page https://foreman.example.com/hosts, choose action “Edit Parameters” and I only get the message “Sorry, these hosts do not have parameters assigned to them, you must add them first.”.
I guess that’s because the hosts haven’t overridden the global parameter, yet. So how do I override a global parameter for a set of hosts?
