Problem:

yum upgrade tells me that I can upgrade

Updating:

katello-debug noarch 3.8.1-1.el7 katello 5.6 k

katello-repos noarch 3.8.1-1.el7 katello 9.5 k
katello-service noarch 3.8.1-1.el7 katello 5.5 k
tfm-rubygem-katello noarch 3.8.1-1.el7 katello 7.8 M

But when I say yes I get the above error.

I re-ran our pipeline then tested an install and it worked for me. Please try to update.
