All I see in the manual

The dns_server option is used if the Smart Proxy is not located on the
same physical host as the DNS server. If it is not specified then localhost

No, you cannot pass an array here.
The idea in this case would be to have multiple smart proxys. Note, even
this way you can only have one DNS proxy per subnet / domain.
Further replicate the zones using secondary zones. Feel free to request
such a feature [1], though I fail to make any sense of it.
