Possible to disable "Import" of Puppet classes in UI?

This is a somewhat edge case scenario, but is it possible to completely
disable the "Import" ability in the Foreman UI for Puppet classes? I'm
moving all class assignment and parameter assignment to Hiera and using
Foreman for Hostgroups (which are used in the hierarchy) and environment
assignment. Ideally I'd like to prevent others on my team, and myself,
from being able to accidentally importing any Puppet classes once we've
moved all the data out of Foreman. I'm moving my cluster's infrastructure
to something similar to what is described in a PDF from CERN [1], and Page
#9 mentions what I'm hoping to find more information regarding.

Thanks,

In latest code there is a role filter for puppet classes import that you can remove from everyone.

Is this code expected to be included in the 1.6.0 release, or a later release?

It's included in 1.5, so you should be able to use upgrading Foreman to the
latest stable.
