Problem when installing foreman on RHEL6

Hello!
I am new in the group and i hope someone can help me with this one.
I am having a hard time trying to install Foreman.

I just followed the instructions from theForeman's website:
http://theforeman.org/manuals/1.11/index.html#2.Quickstart

Here is what I got at the end of the installation procedure:

/Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net]:
Could not evaluate: Proxy xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net cannot be registered
(Could not load data from https://xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net
/Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net]:
Failed to call refresh: Proxy xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net cannot be
registered (Could not load data from https://xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net
/Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net]:
Proxy xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net cannot be registered (Could not load data
from https://xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net
Installing

IPTables are down. SELinux is also disabled.

If I open a browser to https://xlsald100.prod01.r-dc.net I also get this
error:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request."

anyone have an idea what could be the issue here?

check if your local time and timezone a set proberly, i had there problems
with that. U could try to delete /var(lib/puppet/ssl folder and start
foreman-installation again. That solved the problem for me.

There might be more information in the Apache error logs, e.g.
/var/log/apache2 or httpd. It's likely to be an error starting the
Foreman application or Passenger.

You could also try running "foreman-rake plugin:list" to narrow down
whether it's an application or Passenger issue.
