Project specific users

Daniel,

One of the features added in the recent 1.1 release is locations and organizations. It sounds like organizations specifically would be a perfect fit for what you're asking about. Essentially organizations allow you to put hosts, domains, compute resources, and most of the other objects within Foreman into specific groups and then control which users have access to said groups.

I put together a screencast on this a couple months ago - http://blog.theforeman.org/2013/01/screencast-locations-organizations.html.

Hi,

We installed a foreman server and puppet on same box everything looks ok.
How do we manage different servers with different user account? ie. some servers are allocated project A, few are for project B, and couple for project C
Each project got few users, they must required to have account on their project servers. Same time admin group also required to have user account on all server.

Could you shed some lite, how do we proceed / is there any example that we can follow?

Thanks,
Daniel.
