Proposal: Updating the “Reporting Violations” Section

Let’s see if someone volunteers. I’d be OK having my name there, though I’m sure we have many better folks in the community who earned the trust over the years and could help resolving conflicts.

I would also volunteer. My biggest concern is my limited time as my manager position requires already a big amount, so I would also be happy if someone else is stepping up, but also always happy if I can help the project.
