Hi
What are the correct steps to setup the provisioning templates correctly?
-I have the PXE and provisioning templates and select build for the host
-The host gets its tftp boot files and boots
-Error, kickstart cannot find its kickstart file
What the pre-requisites for setup? I have 2 O/S systems defined, they each
other their owm templates. 1 works and the other fails. I cant figure out
if i have missed something with creating the 2nd lot of templates (they
were cloned) Is there a tie to the O/S?
What debug logs/steps are recommended?
many thanks
This is due to my lack of ruby templates experience. The kickstart
template was courrpt so and i was getting an Internal 500 error when
wgetting the provision url that generated in the tftp boot file
how do people test their code before putting into a template?
Thanks for that tip Daniel - very helpful and i can see the values it would
generate.
I am struggling to get the values i specify for additional networks
specified in the kickstart file

Normally what I do is to go to some host that I plan to apply this
template to, go to the "Templates" tab, and click on 'Review'. If the
template is wrong, it will fail to render.

Daniel,
this is what I've been doing, but the problem I'm facing is that this
generate a lot of noise at the history tab.
There isnt't another way to test the template, maybe from console or rake?
Cheers,
Danilo
