Proxy Sync issue (Content View updated, Synced to Proxy) but clients don't see new Repo

Problem:

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where we add a Repository to a Content View, publish that Content View, have it Sync to a Proxy (both optimized and full), when we go to Infrastructure->Smart Proxies->Smart Proxy in question-> Content we see the Content View as being fully synched with 10 repos but the clients only ever see 9. (It is missing the new one we added)

Expected outcome:

When we update a CV, it should be reflected on the clients going through the Smart Proxy

Foreman and Proxy versions:

Foreman 3.1.3 and Katello 4.3.1

Distribution and version:

CentOS 7.9

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as this affecting our day to day operations.

Ok, I was just going to delete this post but I am posting a reply to myself in the hopes that this may help someone going forward

When the Repo was configured it was set to restrict to RHEL8 and the client nodes are Rocky8 so that is why we weren’t seeing it on these particular hosts.
