Publish a new version in the content view failed

Hi,

Today, I have some new packages added and then I want to publish a new
version in the content view, but it failed for some reason, the exception
in the task shows "

Katello::Errors::PulpError: PLP0000: Incorrect length of data produced"

and then I want to delete this version, it failed again, prompt me that "Cannot
delete version while it is in environments: Library",
I am running Katello 2.1, it was upgrade from 2.0.

Any thoughts please?

It appears you are hitting this pulp bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1176698

It doesn't appear the pulp project back ported it to 2.5.X but there
are some patches that you can try.
