Current status: can’t publish CVVs, and have 14 stuck repo syncs running but not doing anything useful.

Looking a lot like I might have to bin this Katello 4.0 instance and start from scratch.

So, I built a clean Katello 4.0.1 server, and am hitting all the same sorts of problems trying to sync repositories.

I guess we’ll stick with Katello 3.17/Pulp 2.
