Problem: error 500 in server server error:fail tofind rome.dd.com via exec:EXecution of ‘/etc/puppetlabs/puppet/node.rb rome.dd.com’

I executed /etc/puppetlabs/puppet/node.rb rome.dd.com
the result : error retrieving node rome.dd.com:Net::HTTPForrbidden
check foreman’s /var/log/foreman/production.log for more information.
Then I open production.log
I find a error :no smart proxy server found on [‘puppet’,‘rome.dd.com’] and is not in trusted_hosts
host:rome.dd.com is installed foreman ,but it didn’t appeared on the hosts menu.
I don’t change default organization and location.
