Puppet CA: some content hosts not registering

Hola,

Some of my content hosts aren't registering with the Puppet CA?

They aren't appearing in the list so that I can sign their certs.

They are otherwise fine upstanding members of our foreman/katello
installation, including being in the correct LCE.

How do I get them back into the Puppet CA list?
