Puppet environments not created

Hi,

I'm pretty new to katello, Foreman and Puppet.
I did a fresh install of Katello 3.2, Foreman 1.13 and Puppet 4.x, the
installation did run correctly without error. I've configured all the
necessary setting and also a new Puppet environment to be able to create
some new managed host.
After the new managed Host was deployed I did figure out that it couldn't
connect its Puppet environment on the server, the environment folder
under /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments was missing.
I've tried creating some new Puppet environments using TFM UI but just no
environments folder was created …
Any Idea why this happen? I couldn't find anything in the logs so far…

Thanks for any Help/Hint,

Arsène
