Puppet kick exists with 0 even when puppet run has failures (follow up)

Hello,

when applying this patch to my *
/usr/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/puppet/application/kick.rb* file:
http://projects.puppetlabs.com/issues/6255

I get this error message:

  • undefined method `logs' for nil:NilClass*

anyone knows what am i missing??
