Puppet smart proxy reports not working properly after upgrade to Foreman 3.0

Problem:
When clicking on the Puppet tab of my puppet smart proxy I get the error

**Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong** undefined method `host_config_reports_path' for #<#<Class:0x00007f0b881bf630>:0x00007f0b881bd420> Did you mean? host_title_actions

Foreman and Proxy versions:
3.0

Is the puppet plugin installed? (With 3.0 Puppet was moved to a plugin).

Yep. Crossed that bridge in Puppet agents failing after Foreman 3 upgrade - #3 by trenta

Puppet runs are succeeding. Actually everything seems to be working fine including environment control. Just the error on this tab.
