We’ve had reports of Redmine not sending confirmation emails for new accounts. Can anyone confirm if they’ve had mail from Redmine recently (ideally today)?
I think Redmine still runs on Dom’s Mailgun account - I can migrate it to a Foreman managed one easily enough, but perhaps I should update the domain to projects.theforeman.org while I’m at it?
Last emails I have from Redmine were Jan 23.
looking at the logs, I see the following error:
Email delivery error: 535 5.7.0 You've reached the message limit you set on account
I can see this starting Jan 24 (UTC) and it seems we have lost a few hundred emails…

Records are done, I’ll make the required changes to Redmine tonight.
Update complete, and the git repo is updated with the config changes. Email appears to be working for a quick test (I created a new user and got the confirmation email), so hopefully all is fine. Do report back if there’s issues.
I’ll monitor the volume and see if we stay with our 50k/month volume limit with both Redmine and Discourse on the same account. Hopefully that’ll be fine.
Definitely working for me here. If you had filters for these emails, notice the format of the Subject line changed slightly so you may have to change them.
