Foreman 2.1.0 (open issues)
- all installer issues merged and modules released
- need to commit package-lock.json to make sure deb gets the same node modules as rpm
- Some EL8 issues won’t be solved in time for GA (such as EPEL compatibility), we’ll look into doing a 2.1.1 release once they are resolved to improve EL8 compatibility. Need to add release note about net-ssh rubygem package incompatibility with epel.
- intermittent 502 error on upgrade tests, will continue investigation for 2.1.1 and add release note for GA
Katello 3.16
- rc4 cherry-picks ready with pulp3.4 and yum.
- pulp 3.4 packaging for client bindings in progress, needed for rc4 - https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-packaging/pull/5484
