- installer modules releases in progress, two issues still need resolving ideally prior to branching:
- working on module changes needed for pulp3 deployments - Feature #31614: Deploy Pulp 3 by default on Foreman server and as a mirror configuration on content proxies - Installer - Foreman
- need to support qpid without pulp2 - Feature #31693: Restore katello::qpid_client - Installer - Foreman and Feature #31692: Send and receive katello-agent messages without Pulp 2 - Katello - Foreman as well as some packaging work
- preparing hammer for branching in sync with core

- 4.0 still has many open issues, looking into prioritizing which are crucial to get in pre-branching
- 8 open issues targeted for 3.17.2, looking into triaging which should land in the release and which should be kicked off.
