Release TODO:
Modularity on EL8: found various issues, including infrastructure problems. @evgeni and @ekohl have been looking into this. It would still be nice to deliver this in 3.2, but it is currently at risk. If it’s not delivered, we’ll continue using the same workarounds that we’ve been using for a few releases now.
Tarballs are ready, @pcreech can proceed with the next steps
RC1 is out. While releasing it was found that docs.theforeman.org isn’t properly integrated in the processes yet. https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-documentation#branching-new-release is incomplete. @iballou will send out PRs to update.
