Remote execution "No output" issue - please advise

I've setup the Foreman SSH remote execution and it seem to work almost fine.
Here is why it's almost :

So far I can execute any command and I see its output. When I submit a
job, it connect to a target host via SSH, executes the command and wait for
something.
After few seconds Foreman reports about "No output" error and mark the
job as a failed one.

Then is always fails as it described above.

For example:

Can you have a look in /var/log/foreman-proxy/proxy.log for some more
detailed errors? It might tell us what went wrong on the proxy side.

Also /var/log/foreman/production.log may help troubleshoot this, too
