Removing gravatar lookup?

http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/2247

As discussed for 1.2 release. Is there a method to turn this off in 1.1
currently?

Would the patch from
https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/534.patch work?

It possibly would. But this is a security guy who has been saddled with

b/etc/etc/somefile.rb and applying them?
