Report Template ‘Host - Applied Errata’ empty reports

Problem:
I am getting empty reports when retrieving the applied errata reports

Expected outcome:
Should get the applied Errata

Thanks for your post.

Looks like you hit a known issue addressed by Applied Errata report from Red Hat Satellite does not provide reports for all the registered hosts on which errata has been applied. - Red Hat Customer Portal.

I applied the workaround and still getting the empty values.
Could you let me know if there are ay hammer cmds to check from CLI

That article looks outdated to me.

If you applied the errata from the server using Remote Execution, it will show up on the report.

If you applied the errata directly from the host, there is no way Foreman/Katello will know about it, so it won’t show up on the report.

Do you know how these errata were applied on the hosts?

I applied on the foreman server from where the script is executed
