Repositories are not available on the katello client

Problem:
I see 0 packages in Red Hat repositories on the katello client which is registered through Katello smart proxy.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Expected outcome:
Be able to install packages/updates on the client system.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman Version 1.14.3, smart proxy version - foreman-proxy-1.14.3-1.el7.noarch
Version 3.3

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

Other relevant data:
[e.g. logs from Foreman and/or the Proxy, modified templates, commands issued, etc]

A few things to check off the top of my head: Can you try a subscription-manager refresh on the client? Was this repository working before? Has the proxy been synced properly? Any relevant error messages on the client logs?

Hi. Ive tried subscription-refresh several times but with no effect. Those repositories are official Red Hat repositories. License is valid and properly subscribed. But I have problem to synchronize smart proxy with the katello core system - in web gui I can see - host unreachable error which is quite strange as Im able to use repositories on the smart proxy. I will provide you logs from the proxy and the client

If “rm -rf /var/cache/yum/*” and “yum clean all” on the client are not resolving the issue, I think a stuck sync task may also have been the cause. Through the Foreman UI you can check the sync status and cancel and re-run the task. If that does not help, you may also want to check https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2802131
