Retiring plugins before 1.18 packaging branching

It appears we have multiple plugins which haven’t seen updates in a long time. My initial goal is to remove them from RPM nightly and archive them if they’re in our github namespace.

This is the initial list but I’ll probably continue but this is the start. Please let me know if you know of a reason not to retire these plugins.

Perhaps they haven’t seen updates because they’re working perfectly well as they are?

That’s why I’m looking for feedback here. I’d be surprised if a plugin from 5 years ago still works but I’d gladly hear otherwise. I should have been clearer in that I’m looking for feedback.
