Please consider this the shared location to contribute agentic skills, agents and other related assets. This is also a good starting location to contribute context and documentation that may not have another clear home right now. You can see some examples of this in foreman-ai-harness/docs at develop · theforeman/foreman-ai-harness · GitHub already.
As for the other elements of the proposal, I will begin working on or creating trackers or discussions for those items to achieve implementation.
