RFC: Katello's Bastion pages moving from /katello to /

Greetings,

This pull request: https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/3979 will remove the /katello part of the url for all Katello Angular JS UI pages (AKA Bastion). For example, /katello/content_views#/content_views/7/versions will become simply /content_views/7/versions.

The purpose of this PR is to allow us to load Bastion pages without reloading the entire page, thus speeding up the load time between pages.

Comments encouraged. I'm especially interested to hear reactions to the change in the URL path.

As I saw this over your shoulder today, it looks great! Very responsive without the flicker while reloading of the header and menus. Clicking in and out of object details fantastic. Removing "katello" from the url brings us a lot closer to feeling like a unified whole instead of the awkward plugin hoping for acceptance. :slight_smile: We are definitely upstream Satellite-6 now!

This was just merged.

After you update katello master you will need to restart rails in order for everything to work properly.
