Rollback Updated Packages on Content Host

If you want to rollback updated packages on system then yum/dnf has plugin called history which you can use. There was feature request to add this feature in Katello and one old discussion thread -

Is there any rollback feature available in foreman/katello?

Hey @enoerror, as mentioned by John you’d need to present the system with the older version of the ContentView. However, this will not downgrade the system automatically, you still have to do this yourself with yum distro-sync or similar. I would not expect any dependency issues (as the old CV version was useable before you upgraded to v2), however you might encounter packages that don’t downgrade cleanly (e.g. because they change on-disk data after the upgrade, and the older version is not abl…
