Trying to install package, but getting file not found
Package is listed repo but is not in Pulp repo content?
Have run sync?
I thought as the repo is set to on demand the package would download when requested?
Can some one confirm if this is correct?

Can you provide us the url that you are syncing from?
You should still see all of your RPMs being published even if you use on demand.
I tried that URL, and was able to sync, etc, and saw every package, although I only 2 versions of the package you see as missing. Not sure if that is relevant.
Are you using pulp2 or pulpcore (pulp3) for yum content?
