Ruby 1.8.7 dropped on Foreman core develop branch

The Ruby 1.8.7 tests on Foreman core's develop branch have been dropped,
as of last night. This doesn't affect the smart proxy or installer.

Note that I'll be removing 1.8 tests from plugins shortly too, as these
are tested against develop and we don't want tests to break when core
introduces its first 1.8 incompatible change.

If you have a plugin being tested on Jenkins and want to keep testing
the master branch against Ruby 1.8.7 and Foreman 1.6, then let me know
and we can work something out.

Shlomi's working on reverting some 1.8 specific workarounds in the
codebase, which'll tidy things up and move us onto more recent versions
of various gems. This work is under
Refactor #7233: Revert Ruby 1.8 specifics - Foreman.

Lastly, on the subject of OS support, Debian 6 (squeeze) was removed
from nightly builds a little while back and will be removed from
packaging repos shortly. The move for Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) to Ruby
1.9.3 is mostly complete, the last bit is #7970 to change the default
version back.
