Rubyipmi 0.7 and Foreman BMC integration

Hi,

I just pushed rubyipmi 0.7 to ruby gems.org. Lots of bug fixes in this release. Please update if your using the gem.

This should make foreman BMC features backwards compatible with IPMI 1.5 now. Please be aware of the blatant lack of security in IPMI version < 2.0 though.

I am not sure how the ruby gem-rubyipmi gets generated but you will need to update the rpm to include this new version.

Thanks Corey. I've updated the rubygem-rubyipmi RPM we ship, it should
land in the nightly yum repos today, then into the next major release.
