Problem:
Uploading a rpm file to a repository result in server error 500. Recent repository sync with upstream repository package will not show up when browsing to the published url. Some recent create repository doesn’t has Packages link when browsing at the published url.
Expected outcome:
Able to upload package to repository and able to sync new content to repository
Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman 3.3.1, katello 4.5.1, foreman-proxy 3.3.1
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. This is a new install of Katello/Foreman, and it was working initially and recently when I try to sync new content, or upload a new package, it will fail. I’m not sure if it is a certificate issue and not sure how to troubleshoot pulp related issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
