Setting Libvirt Type in Puppet class params

Hey Jay,

We need to set libvirt_type=qemu in nova.conf in order to test VM
deployments in Staypuft. I can not find a puppet class parameter for
setting this using the quickstack modules.

Is this something that can be easily added?
