Something wrong with provisioning templates

Problem:
I dont see provisioning templates in foreman GUI. Even though import using template sync plugin has been performed well. E.g.

  • if I select rows from corresponding DB table, e.g. “select name from templates”; I can see all template names.
  • In foreman production.log all templates are shown as imported. when using REST api the returned json file marks templates as imported.

However none of imported templates appears in the GUI.

Expected outcome:
Template should appear in GUI and can be used for provisioning.

1.23

foreman_templates 6.0.3

Seems like I needed to update Location and Organization. I checked “all prov. templates” below section “prov. templates”. Now the templates show up as expected.
