In preparation for the release of version 1.1 there are now redirects from http://yum.theforeman.org/test and http://yum.theforeman/stable to /development and /releases/latest, respectively. The repo used to be a single flat structure and the new format (since 1.0) includes subdirectories for distributions and architectures, so you will need to update the baseurl in your repo file. Of course, if you'd like to pin to 0.4 you can use http://yum.theforeman.org/releases/0.4. Additionally, you can rely on http://yum.theforeman.org/releases/latest redirecting to the latest stable release going forward.
