Stack Trace When using Search in Fact Browser

Problem:
When using the search bar in the facts browser, I get a stack trace. While putting in search fields I get a 404 error just below the search bar.
Expected outcome:
Search is performed
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman: 1.21.0
