Supported (old) puppet versions

Dear users,

I'm currently doing some work on using parameterized classes, but
using the feature depends on a newer puppet version >= 2.6.

Before I would even suggest merging this, we need to know if somebody
still does deployments of new foreman/puppetmaster instances with
puppet versions < 2.6. This would potentially be a reason NOT to
parameterize classes.

TIA for letting me know what puppet versions are used for new
