I’m also going to link Proxy sync's still fail after upgrading to 3.17 to this since the story was a two-part one. Katello 4.19.1 fixed a capsule sync failure around the “host repository mapping”, but introduced another sync failure due to issues with the Pulp API bindings. Katello 4.19.2 thus fixed the Pulp API bindings issue.
