Target version in redmine

Just a reminder folks, please set "target version" in bugs in redmine to
the current sprint. It's useful so we know what's been done at the end
of each sprint, I can write up release notes etc. And it'll save me time

If you open a PR, generally the following fields should set:

Status: Ready for Testing
Assignee: that's you
Target version: Sprint X
Comment: PR link

Cheers,

Please remember to keep bugs up to date, thanks.

Not that this is an excuse to neglect our bug database, but…

Many thanks to Eric, who's implemented a little Sinatra app to update
Redmine statuses when PRs are opened, and to kick Jenkins (like the old
one used to, which has been replaced.)

It does seem to be working OK, but if you see issues, please do fix or
report them. Source is at https://github.com/theforeman/prprocessor and
a few infra people are able to push commits to OpenShift.
