PR tests are currently paused until develop builds successfully -
there's what appears to be an intermittent integration test failure.
Bug #9138: Intermittent HostTest/NIC integration test failures - Foreman tracks it.
test_develop went green after a merge yesterday, but was still
unreliable. The tests have been disabled now for the time being, and I
think I've re-run everything that was affected.
