there. Incompatibilities, noticeable features and stuff. You can link
bugs/features there as well.
Everytime you do a comment there, Dominic silently gabbles: "oh, more".
I suppose this is a good time to remind everybody that we have quite a
few undocumented areas and help is always welcome. Mostly it's because
during a release phase we manage to document about 70% of the changes
properly and the remainder don't get done:

Each release has a task list (I moved the Redmine ticket here) and the
unfinished items get moved to their own ticket. The 1.8 tracker's still
open.
