Trying to create a FreeIPA Realm - Realm proxy does not have the Realm feature

Hi,

I have installed Foreman 1.15.6-2.el7 on CentOS and I have created foreman realm proxy.
When I try to run:

hammer -u admin -p password realm create --name DEV.LOCAL --realm-proxy-id 1 --realm-type FreeIPA

I receive this error:

Could not create the realm:
   Realm proxy does not have the Realm feature

Also when I try to create the realm in the Foreman GUI, I can see no Realm Proxy's

Hi,

You can try 'regresh features' button on the realm proxy in Foreman UI. If the realm feature s not there, provided you enabled the realm feature during the proxy installation, the next ste would be checking the proxy logs: if smething goes wrong with the feature initialization, the proxy itsel continues, but the realm feature would not be listed.
