Updating a host with the rest api

It strikes me as odd, even though it is probably right, that you have:

"environment_id": 2,

and

"environment": {
  "environment": {
    "name": "lab2",
    "id": 2
  }

Ohad should be able to sort it out. (It seems non-intuitive in a coule
of different ways.)
